Sound familiar?
Still not sure what your corporation tax bill will be?
Most limited company directors are running their business with one eye on an accounts deadline they cannot quite see. Year-end arrives, numbers get thrown at the accountant, and a bill lands weeks later with minimal explanation. Meanwhile VAT quarters, payroll deadlines and confirmation statements quietly accumulate in the background.
- Year-end accounts prepared in a rush with no advance warning of the tax bill
- VAT returns and payroll deadlines managed across separate reminders and spreadsheets
- Questions to your current accountant answered slowly, if at all
What a well-run limited company looks like
Compliance runs on a fixed timetable you do not have to manage yourself. Your tax position is visible throughout the year, not just at year-end. And when you have a question, you get an answer the day you ask it.
- Corporation tax estimated and visible months before the filing deadline
- VAT, payroll and Companies House filings handled on a single fixed monthly fee
- Questions answered the day you ask — no chasing, no holding queue
- Fixed monthly fee agreed upfront — no surprise bills at year-end

What makes this practice different
Three things that are genuinely true, backed up by how the practice actually works — not marketing language.
20 Years Across Real Industries
Daniel has worked across airlines, construction, manufacturing and entertainment — not just practice. That means he already understands the commercial pressures your business faces, rather than learning them at your expense. When you explain a problem, the context is usually familiar.
Questions Answered the Same Day
DG Accountancy is known specifically for fast, clear replies. You will not be left waiting three days for an answer to a straightforward question, or decoding a response that raises more questions than it answers. That alone separates it from most accountancy practices.
Cloud-Based, No Paper Chasing
Everything runs through Xero — bank feeds connected, records current, filings prepared from accurate data rather than a shoebox of receipts at year-end. As a Xero Bronze Partner, the setup is handled for you and kept tidy throughout the year.

Things limited company directors usually ask
Do you handle everything a limited company needs, or just the year-end accounts?
The service covers the full picture — year-end statutory accounts, corporation tax CT600, Companies House filings, quarterly VAT returns, monthly payroll and RTI submissions, director self assessment, and confirmation statements. Which elements are included depends on the package, but nothing is left to fall through the gaps. You will not be managing five separate relationships to cover what one accountant should handle.
What does it actually cost, and what is included in the monthly fee?
Limited company packages start from £79 per month on the Start plan, rising to £695 per month on Scale. Each tier bundles a defined set of services — year-end accounts and corporation tax are included across all plans, with VAT, payroll, self assessment and management accounts included at higher tiers. Everything is agreed in writing before you start, with no hourly rates or end-of-year surprises. There is also a 50% discount on the monthly fee for the first three months.
My books are behind and my last accountant was not great. Is that a problem?
It is a common starting point, not an obstacle. The onboarding process includes reviewing where things stand and tidying up what needs tidying up. Catch-up work may carry an additional one-off cost depending on how far back the records go, which is scoped and quoted before anything starts. Most clients arrive in some state of disarray and leave onboarding with considerably less to worry about.
Am I locked in to a long-term contract?
No. There is no long-term contract. If it is not working after three months, you leave with clean books and nothing owed. The aim is that you stay because the service is good, not because leaving is complicated.
Will I deal directly with Daniel, or get passed around?
You work directly with Daniel throughout — no juniors handling your files, no account managers as an intermediary. That means the person who understands your business is the person answering your questions. It also means the advice is consistent, because the same person has the full picture each time.
How far in advance will I know my corporation tax bill?
On the Operate plan and above, your tax position is reviewed at least annually and more frequently on higher tiers. From Grow upwards, quarterly management accounts and proactive tax planning mean your corporation tax liability is estimated and visible throughout the year — not calculated and presented as a bill with a short payment window. Knowing your number early means you can plan around it.
