Before starting DG Accountancy, Daniel spent 20 years working in accounting roles across markedly different industries — airlines, construction, manufacturing and entertainment. That breadth exposed him to the kind of problems that don’t feature in textbooks: complex payroll structures, sector-specific tax treatment, cash flow pressures that move faster than a quarterly report. What he noticed, consistently, was how many business owners were receiving compliance-only service from accountants who never asked what the business actually needed.
When Daniel founded DG Accountancy Ltd in 2024, the aim was straightforward. Build a practice that handles compliance properly — accurately, on time, without the client having to chase — and couples that with advisory support that is genuinely useful rather than generic.
