Company secretarial support is offered as part of DG Accountancy’s fixed monthly packages for limited companies, starting from £79 per month — with 50% off for the first three months. The confirmation statement is included from the Grow package upwards, and is available as an add-on on the Start package. Registered office service is available separately. Everything is quoted in writing before you start, so there are no surprises.
My Companies House record is out of date — is that a problem to sort out now?
It is more common than you might expect. When DG Accountancy onboards a new client, the first step is a review of the Companies House record to identify anything that needs correcting or updating. Outstanding filings are dealt with as part of onboarding. The catch-up work is assessed and quoted honestly before anything is started.
Is there a minimum contract or long-term commitment?
There is no long-term lock-in. DG Accountancy operates on a rolling monthly basis. If you decide it is not the right fit, you give notice and leave with accurate, up-to-date records.
